Alább találjátok az Európai Evezős Szövetség felhívását a müncheni multi sport Európa-bajnokság ideje alatt (2022. augusztus 19-22) megrendezésre kerülő „European Athletics Young Leaders Forum”-ra.
A felhívás szerint 3 férfi és 3 női versenyzőt választanak ki az európai szövetségek által delegált jelentkezők közül, akik részt vehetnek az EB ideje alatt a fórumon.
Az utazási költség a szövetséget, a részvételi költség a szervezőket terheli.
Kérünk Benneteket, hogy 2022. február 14. (hétfő) 12:00 óráig a fotitkar@hunrowing.hu email címre jelezzétek, ha van olyan – a lenti levélben megjelölt feltételeknek megfelelő – személy a tagszervezeteteknél, akit érdekelne az eseményen való részvétel.
Jelentkezni motivációs levél beküldésével lehet.
Amennyiben több jelentkező lesz, úgy az Elnökség a beérkezett motivációs levelek alapján, 2022. február 15.-i ülésén dönt a szövetség által delegált személyről.
Dear European Member Federations,
As part of the multi-sport European Championships Munich 2022, the European Athletics federation have invited all other sports participating in Munich 2022 to participate in the European Athletics Young Leaders Forum.
The European Athletics Young Leaders Forum Munich 2022 will promote a journey through the various topics of importance for leaders in sports. These topics will include among others leadership skills and knowledge, event organisation, technologies, crisis management, governance, safeguarding and sustainability. Participants will be sensitised to the values of sport and community service and then empowered to turn their own ideas into action.
The Forum will take place from the 19th until the 22nd of August 2022 in Munich, Germany, with the Local Organising Committee of the European Championships Munich 2022 as the host of this event.
Building on the success of previous editions in 2006 (Gothenburg), 2010 (Barcelona), Helsinki (2012), Zurich (2014), Amsterdam (2016), Berlin (2018) and Paris e-YLF (2020) this year’s Forum programme will feature guest presenters, skills development workshops, examples of projects already completed by young leaders and group discussions in which the participants exchange views on design, delivery and share the results of their projects and activities.

Nominated participants should be currently active in some aspect of sport (as an athlete, employee, volunteer, official, coach, club leader etc.) and have the following characteristics:
- 20-30 years old
- Very good command of English
- Strong link to the sport and federation and willingness to continue working for the federation
- Active member of the sports community in their country
- Demonstrated potential to lead others
- Expressed willingness to lead or assist with projects at the federation level
The deadline for nominations from Federations to European Rowing is Friday 04 March 2022, 17:00hrs CET. Nominations should be made through the following form:
The European Rowing Board will review and select the successful candidates to represent rowing during the Young Leaders Forum, and will inform those successful candidates by 11 March 2022. European Rowing will then submit the details of the selected Rowing candidates to Munich 2022 and European Athletics to follow up on the necessary arrangements for August 2022.
